Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water/wastewater treatment projects. You will steer admin and technical work, manage the project team, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and subs to keep the project moving forward.

The role requires 5–9+ years in construction, with strong leadership, scheduling, and client relationship skills. Flexibility for field work and on-site presence is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience; water/wastewater builder preferred
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with owners and subs
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong work ethic; able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Passion for the work and alignment to Clark standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule
• Know and enforce contract terms; coordinate all parties
• Secure permits and verify subs insurance coverage
• Plan and run project meetings for coordination
• Lead project team and develop direct reports
• Maintain project records and monthly status reports
• Close out projects and ensure accountable outcomes
• Develop relationships with owners and engineering counterparts
• Participate in proposals and presentations as needed
