Job summary

STV’s Water Practice Group seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead design and project execution across potable water and wastewater facilities. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and staff, while coordinating with clients and internal subject-matter experts.

Strong CAD/3-D modeling and PE licensure are essential. The role emphasizes leadership, client development, and quality control across a range of water infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Registration as PE in NY/NJ/PA with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience planning, design and construction of W/WW facilities and infrastructure.
• Experience with CAD and 3-D modeling.
• Ability to monitor, report and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Experience in client development and proposal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large or multiple projects on time, within budget and contract scope.
• Provide project management, QA/QC and design oversight.
• Assist in executing existing projects and developing new work pursuits.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with internal departments.
• Interface with clients to understand needs and ensure expectations are met.
• Support development of project plans, budgets and schedules.
• Contribute to corporate initiatives and process improvements.
