Job summary

STV seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join the Water Practice Group. You will lead design and construction oversight for W/WW facilities, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with regional staff, supervise design teams, and ensure quality control and adherence to safety plans. A PE license in NY/NJ/PA and 8+ years’ experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree a plus.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in NY/NJ/PA with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in planning, design and construction of W/WW facilities/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large and/or multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Provide project management to reduce costs and add value.
• Assist in new work pursuits and coordination with internal departments.
• Lead project teams and supervise design staff.
• Oversee project designs and construction services.
• Interface with clients to understand needs and ensure expectations are met.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure health and safety plans and QA/QC requirements are followed.
