Consor in Tennessee is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater to lead planning, design and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and related projects while growing the firm's client base.

You will develop relationships with municipal utilities, pursue new opportunities, and lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget success.

This role emphasizes client service, business development, and technical leadership across the Tennessee region.

Formación

• PE license in Tennessee or reciprocity upon employment.
• 8+ years water/wastewater engineering experience.
• BS in Engineering.
• Experience managing municipal water/wastewater projects.
• PM experience: scopes, invoices, and client communications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with municipal utility clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new projects within Tennessee water/wastewater market.
• Serve as seller-doer, combining technical leadership with BD.
• Lead multidisciplinary Consor staff and subconsultants.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance through planning, design, and construction.
• Lead or support SOQs, proposals, and interview teams.
• Develop memoranda, engineering reports, and design documents.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on account growth.
• Represent Consor at conferences and client meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and foster client-service culture.
