CDM Smith is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Tennessee water practice in Nashville or Knoxville offices. You will lead planning and design teams for multi-discipline projects, manage scope and budgets, and work with local sales on business development strategies for Tennessee clients.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with technical specialists, and ensure projects meet regulatory and client expectations while driving high-quality results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7 years of related experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list).
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Aufgaben

• Manage water/wastewater design, permitting, and construction services from early concept development through construction.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior staff, including coordination and reviewing of project assignments.
• Collaborate with key technical specialists, project team members, and delivery managers.
• Assist with preparation of design drawings and specifications on large, complex, multi-discipline design projects.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and schedules while managing firm risk.
• Provide high level planning and program analysis work including preparation of technical documents/reports.
• Stay active in the water/wastewater industry and participate in professional societies.
