Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC in Georgia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater treatment projects. You will act as the primary point of contact, drive administrative and technical efforts, and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

You will supervise project teams, coordinate with owners and engineers, manage procurement and change orders, and report on progress. The role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for delivering high‑quality infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; graduate degree is a plus.
• 5–9+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on water/wastewater projects.
• DBIA and LEED accreditation a plus.
• Experience managing projects from initiation to closeout.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building with owners and subs.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience; able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
• Have thorough knowledge of company contracts and the parties involved.
• Secure permits and verify subs insurance coverage.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings to coordinate work.
• Supervise and manage project team members.
• Train and develop direct reports using on‑the‑job and formal trainings.
• Prepare monthly job status reports and monitor key issues.
• Provide administrative and technical leadership; maintain project records.
• Supervise close out of the project.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners and engineers.
• Participate in proposals and presentations as requested.
