Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a hands-on Superintendent for Clark Water projects in Georgia. You will oversee field operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive schedule adherence across contracted and self-performed work.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget. Responsibilities include developing work plans, managing crews and subcontractors, and maintaining alignment with contract

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Experience leading field operations on large commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to mentor and develop teams and manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work for a project or scope.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality among staff and trade contractors.
• Create and manage project sequencing, logistics, and material tracking.
• Maintain project schedule and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to perform at a high level.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and represent the team in meetings.
