Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5-9+ years construction experience with GC on water/wastewater facilities preferred.
• DBIA and LEED accreditation a plus.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team; strong communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with contracts; coordinate permits and insurance for subs.
• Lead project meetings; develop and manage project team performance.
• Submit monthly job status reports; maintain project records and correspondence.
• Oversee project close-out; maintain relations with owners and engineering firms.
• Participate in proposals and presentations as requested.
