Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10+ years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
• Experience leading projects for Federal clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of large water/wastewater projects for Federal and municipal clients.
• Oversee project pursuit activities including RFQs, RFPs, and SF330.
• Manage project delivery within the Department of Interior.
• Navigate regulatory environments and ensure compliance.
• Mentor staff and foster growth within the team.
