Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• MS Office and MS Project experience is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate emerging technologies and pilot workplans with strategic clients nationwide.
• Engage with clients to discuss their needs and HDR capabilities.
• Prepare construction documents for water and wastewater systems, and related design work.
• Coordinate projects, staff and multi-discipline teams.
• Represent owner in coordination, inspection, startup and acceptance activities.
• Present at local, regional and international conferences.
