Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Water Business Group to lead large, multi-disciplinary water/wastewater projects for Federal and municipal clients. You will mentor internal teams, drive strategic initiatives, and manage budgets, schedules, and resources with a client-focused approach.

The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and delivering innovative water solutions within an employee-owned culture. The compensation range reflects Colorado market for senior PMs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
A PE license is required or recognized by the licensing board for the position location.
Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and delivery of large, multi-disciplinary water/wastewater projects for Federal and municipal clients.
Lead project pursuit activities for Federal clients and develop SF330 qualifications.
Manage and lead project delivery for Federal clients within the Department of Interior.
Navigate regulatory environments and ensure compliance with client policies.
