Qualifications

• Requires B.S. degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Massachusetts, or ability to obtain via comity within six months.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in water/wastewater and capital improvement programs.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and manage large municipal projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing project financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute wastewater, stormwater, and water utilities projects from planning through construction.
• Lead large, complex water and wastewater programs and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Mentor project managers, engineers, and technical staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and performance.
• Drive business development, client engagement, capture planning, proposals, and negotiations.
