Qualifications

• 12+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience.
• Active PE license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related engineering.
• Strong understanding of water and wastewater design principles and project delivery.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and clients.
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review engineering plans, designs, specifications, and technical documents for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Apply applicable engineering standards, regulations, and design criteria to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate project delivery with internal teams, subconsultants, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Serve as a Task Lead, Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager on larger multidisciplinary projects, with contracts valued at $1M+.
• Support project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead QA/QC reviews to ensure quality and technical excellence across project deliverables.
• Support business development activities, including client relationships and proposals.
• Contribute to securing and delivering approximately $750,000 to $1.25M+ in new work annually.
