Consor, a leading water resources firm, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure in California. You will own key components, mentor teams, and coordinate with clients and regulators while growing your leadership role.

Candidates must have 12+ years of water/wastewater experience, a California PE license, a civil/environmental/mechanical degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure design principles and project delivery.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and clients.
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review engineering plans, design calculations, specifications, and technical documents for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
• Apply applicable engineering standards, regulations, and design criteria to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate project delivery efforts with internal teams, subconsultants, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Serve as a Task Lead, Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager on larger multidisciplinary projects, with opportunities to manage projects and contracts valued at $1M+.
• Support project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, and quality control efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and participate in QA/QC reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and technical excellence across project deliverables.
• Support business development activities, including client relationship management, proposal preparation, and project pursuits.
• Contribute to securing and delivering approximately $750,000 to $1.25M+ in new work annually.
