Job summary

PA Section American Water Works Association (PA-AWWA) is seeking an experienced Civil/Environmental Engineer to lead project delivery for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure in Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic. You will engage directly with clients and senior leadership in a firm of about 1,100 staff to drive technical excellence from day one.

This role targets licensed engineers ready to expand technical leadership responsibilities, with opportunities to mentor staff and influence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
Experience leading water/wastewater design projects and coordinating regulatory coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery and design for water distribution, wastewater systems, and rehabilitation programs.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction and support client engagement.
Mentor junior engineers and staff while promoting technical excellence.
