• Observe that work is completed in general accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Perform daily field reporting and track contractor's installed quantities.
• Witness tests and document results; serve as liaison between engineer, contractor, and nearby residents and businesses.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
