Job summary
Lumos & Associates invites an experienced leader to helm the Northern California Civil Engineering practice from our Roseville office. You will grow the Sacramento-region civil engineering presence, develop lasting client relationships, and oversee delivery of municipal infrastructure, water, and site development projects.
You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, recruit and develop staff, and align our local aims with the broader company strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in civil engineering consulting, project management, or related field.
- Experience leading civil engineering teams and managing client relationships.
- Proven success developing new business opportunities and proposals.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development and promote repeat and referral work with clients.
- Build relationships with clients, agencies, and subconsultants.
- Oversee project delivery from start to finish with high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff and manage staffing needs.
