Arcadis, a leading design, engineering and consultancy firm, seeks a Design Manager for its Water Business Line in Phoenix, AZ. Lead regional planning, design and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects across the Southwest, mentoring teams and coordinating resources.

Ideal candidates hold a AZ PE license and 15+ years in municipal water/wastewater leadership, with proven ability to manage multidisciplinary programs through planning, design and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license in Arizona; California or Texas licensure desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical and project delivery leader for municipal water and wastewater projects in the Southwest.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate resources from planning through construction.
• Mentor engineers and build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
