Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Water/Wastewater Conveyance Engineer for its San Antonio or Austin offices. You will lead a team delivering water/wastewater conveyance design and construction support services, while growing technical expertise and client relationships.

You will mentor junior staff, manage multi‑discipline teams, and work with senior leadership to define project scopes and fees. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related water/wastewater engineering experience.
• TX PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of water/wastewater conveyance design projects.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules; provide technical leadership through planning, design and construction.
• Prepare construction documents, develop specifications, and manage construction oversight.
• Support client development activities and proposal/presentation efforts.
• Collaborate with Area Leaders and client Account Leaders on scopes, fees, risks.
