Responsibilities

• Organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of the assistant superintendent, field engineers, craft employees, and subcontractors.
• Maintains project schedules and ensures work progresses on time and on budget.
• Leads safety meetings and enforces safety policies on site.
• Maintains daily reports and communicates them to the office daily.
• Oversees quality control and ensures adherence to plans and specs.
