The ideal candidate has 10+ years of CM experience on major projects, strong leadership, and ability to manage multi-contract programs while ensuring regulatory and funding compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience on complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing large, multi-contract programs in water/wastewater/utilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from small to large multi-contract programs.
• Monitor schedules, costs, progress, risks, deficiencies and overruns.
• Lead construction representatives, specialists, and field personnel.
• Manage scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and claims.
• Review construction plans, drawings, specs, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.
• Support proposals, scopes of work and client meetings.
