Job summary

Psomas is seeking a Construction Manager for our Southern California Construction Management team. You will oversee daily construction management activities, partner with the Owner's Project Manager, and ensure successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

The role requires a PE license or CA civil engineering license with 10+ years of CM/RE experience, plus familiarity with pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.

Qualifications

PE license or CA-licensed civil engineer preferred.
10+ years' experience as Resident Engineer or Construction Manager.
Experience in pipelines, pump stations, facilities, treatment plants, and hydroelectric projects.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Primavera.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction management activities.
Coordinate with Owner's Project Manager.
Monitor quality, safety, schedule, and budget.
Administer contracts; review schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Lead stakeholder meetings and resolve day-to-day issues.
Direct field teams and coordinate sub-consultants.
Prepare daily reports and assist closeout.
