Job summary

Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP seeks a resident project representative for water-sewer infrastructure, water-wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations in the Pittsburgh area.

Ideal candidate has an associate degree in Construction Management, 10+ years of field inspection experience, CCM certification preferred, and a proven ability to read plans, document daily work, and coordinate with contractors.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree in Construction Management (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• CCM certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated resident inspection experience in water-sewer infrastructure, pumping stations, or treatment plants.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor work for conformance to design plans, specs and permits.
• Review payment requisitions and maintain field construction documentation.
• Prepare daily electronic inspection reports and as-built drawings.
• Read/interpret plans and specifications; write sketches for inspection reports.
