Veolia NA is seeking a Construction Manager to lead two Inspectors and coordinate water facility construction for Company and Developer network projects. You will ensure installations meet plans, specs, and schedules, manage costs, and ensure compliance with health, environmental and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, scheduling, and supervising inspectors, reviewing contractor payments, and maintaining document control.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or High School Diploma with 10–15 years water utility construction experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years direct water facility construction coordination/management experience.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Experience with GIS/GPS equipment and data analysis.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
• Budgeting, forecasting and utility economics knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Assist in constructability and operability reviews of design documents.
• Coordinate construction activities with operations and Transmission & Distribution groups.
• Determine construction techniques and schedule operations in detail.
• Instruct inspectors and track material flow and contractor progress.
• Secure permits and licenses; manage on-site administration and inspection.
• Maintain project document control and approve contractor payments.
• Coordinate with PM to review as-built plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage capital projects and pre-qualified contractor training.
