Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager to lead projects through construction phases in an on‑site environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, and schedule, with accountability for field teams, subcontractors, and client relations.

You will coordinate with EOR, sub-consultants, and owners across water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, and pipelines, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery while mentoring junior staff and advancing your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 18+ years construction supervisory experience required, with at least 5 years of previous construction manager experience.
• OSHA Training
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Lead construction management phases and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Direct staff and manage client relations to support Water/Wastewater team.
• Coordinate staffing for field and field offices and manage subconsultants.
• Forecast staffing needs and monitor project costs and schedules.
