Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex water treatment projects within the Industrial Market. You will guide engineers, coordinate design, vendor selection, fabrication, installation and startup, and ensure quality and safety across the project lifecycle.

You will communicate status, manage budget and schedule, and align client and vendor expectations while delivering on scope and commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as stated in the requirements.
• Ten years of project management experience including equipment supply and construction.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Experience in Engineering, Procurement contracts is preferred.
• Experience in industrial process system design/construction, water treatment in relevant markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of water treatment equipment projects from initiation through completion.
• Defines clear project objectives and how the contract will be executed.
• Develops plans for scope, budget, schedule, and milestones.
• Coordinates project team and priorities; ensures responsibilities understood.
• Works with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet requirements.
• Escalates issues impacting cost, schedule, scope, or quality.
• Monitors progress with regular reviews and reports; adjusts plans.
• Identifies and manages project risks and opportunities.
• Oversees project changes and supports claims management.
• Participates in technical meetings and reviews; collaborates with discipline engineers.
