Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the Technical Direction and Process Validation (TDPV) team. You will collaborate with Process Engineers and SMEs to evaluate opportunities in new construction, fleet-based solutions, and asset utilization.

Responsibilities include detailed design calculations, PFDs/P&IDs, and supporting Sales with technical guidance. You will conduct site audits, ensure safety input across functions, and guide the team in developing process designs, cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental preferred).
• 10+ years’ experience in water & wastewater process engineering or equipment supply, preferably with 3–5 years hands-on experience.
• 10 years’ experience in detailed process design and ability to read and understand proposals and specs.
• Ability to work independently for long periods.
• Self-motivated, quick to deliver and a team player.
• Demonstrated dedication to safety.
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for technical reports and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales and CE teams to support opportunities and conduct WIN reviews for regional/global projects.
• Provide technical/process support; represent Veolia in customer meetings from a process perspective.
• Create/develop/assess process design estimates and diagrams (BFDs, PFDs) for new and retrofit projects.
• Prepare P-table documentation including feedwater design basis, mass balance, process design calculations, simulations, and projections.
• Participate in P-table reviews to ensure proposed solutions meet goals and product specs.
• Peer-review other SME projects’ P-tables as required.
• Submit P-table documentation to BS&P for high-value deals and respond to validation teams.
• Coach/mentor TDPV team members and provide remote/on-site process training.
