Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the Technical Direction and Process Validation team in San Jose. You will collaborate with process engineers and SMEs on projects, develop PFDs and P&IDs, and advise Sales during bids and implementations.

You will lead process design studies, perform site audits, and provide safety input to field teams, contributing to reliable, economical water and wastewater solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in water & wastewater process engineering.
• Experience with detailed process design and reading proposals.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and CE teams with process design estimates.
• Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, and P-table documentation.
• Conduct site and field audits of existing plants.
• Provide technical guidance during bids and projects.
• Coach and mentor TDPV team members.
• Deliver process training to field operations.
