Job summary

Veolia seeks a Sr. Production Engineer to direct operations and set technical strategy at a water chemical treatment facility across Production and Logistics.

You will drive process excellence, establish safety standards, and lead organizational continuous improvement with high-level oversight of production and logistics. The role requires senior technical leadership, mastery of heat and mass transfer analyses, and a track record in CAPEX/OPEX project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10+ years in chemical processing, water treatment, or related industrial manufacturing.
• Experience leading process engineering and CAPEX/OPEX initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive data-driven improvements and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations and set technical strategy for production and logistics.
• Oversee MOC and PSM programs and drive safety excellence.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement long-term solutions.
• Shape engineering best practices and adopt new technologies.
• Manage high-impact engineering portfolios and critical decisions.
• Collaborate with global engineering leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Lead vendor partnerships and training for operations teams.
• Provide mentorship to staff engineers.
