Veolia Group is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader - Microelectronics to own the overall treatment solution for ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclaim systems.

You will lead a team of Process Engineers, coordinate deliverables, and act as the SME and primary technical contact with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong leadership and advanced water treatment expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical) with process design and microelectronics water/wastewater experience
• 10+ years of related process engineering experience
• Experience with UPW, wastewater, reclaim treatment
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor others

Responsabilités

• Lead process design of ultrapure, wastewater, and reclaim treatment solutions for the Microelectronics industry
• Own the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and ensure interconnections between unit processes are sound
• Lead technical risk management and troubleshooting across the flowsheet
• Serve as SME and lead technical contact with customers and internal teams
• Provide training and coaching to Process Engineering team
• Represent the team in customer and internal reviews and conferences
