Veolia's Water Technology division seeks a Senior Lead Engineer to direct multi-disciplinary teams delivering municipal and industrial treatment systems. You will be the primary technical face, guiding 25–30 engineers from concept to completion, ensuring technical excellence, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-disciplinary engineering teams (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C) ~4,000 hours monthly.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams; drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish project rhythms, meetings and clear action plans; drive outcomes.
• Identify competency development needs and support team growth.
• Oversee P&IDs, drawings, datasheets, plant/piping arrangements and instrumentation architecture.
• Coordinate reviews to ensure quality; manage vendor selection and fabrication.
• Support bid activities with technical reviews and labor estimates; manage balance-of-plant scope.
• Serve as primary customer liaison; manage expectations and information delivery.
