Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Water Treatment Technical Expert to elevate process engineering capabilities on a national basis, including conventional and advanced treatment, potable reuse, PFAS, and regulatory compliance. You will lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to deliver design, optimization, and commissioning for water facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of drinking water industry experience, including process design and engineering.
• Must be a licensed professional engineer (PE).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for treatment process selection, design, optimization, pilot testing, and commissioning.
• Support project delivery, staff development and mentorship, and technical innovation.
• Provide insights into firm water treatment strategy and support key pursuits.
