Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of drinking water industry experience, including process design and engineering.
• Must be a licensed professional engineer (PE).
• Strong technical background in municipal water, water treatment, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in leading and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for treatment process selection, design, optimization, pilot testing, and commissioning.
• Support project delivery, staff development and mentorship, and technical innovation.
• Provide insights into firm water treatment strategy and support key pursuits.
• Identify market trends and client needs to shape technical approaches.
