Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking an Account Representative to act as Site Manager for an assigned account in the Saint Paul Park area. The role focuses on maintaining and growing revenue at the customer location, overseeing site projects, and mentoring the team to deliver value for customers.

You will review treatment programs, ensure proper application through testing, and manage on-site inventories while building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in water treatment.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or science field.
• Proven sales track record with strong technical and selling skills.
• Experience providing field customer support including technical, operational and laboratory expertise.
• Ability to function independently as well as in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills—able to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business at the customer location and identify opportunities.
• Provide value-added consultative program control advice to customers.
• Review treatment programs for cooling, boiler, and wastewater to ensure effective applications with routine testing and monitoring.
• Manage day-to-day activities and prioritize projects.
• Develop and support site team.
• Conduct annual business reviews.
• Manage on-site inventories and coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Lead site LMS/classroom training for territory plants and new sites.
• Develop and implement sales plans and document ROI; maintain an accurate SFDC sales funnel.
