Formación
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience, water/wastewater/public infrastructure.
- Public-sector project experience (state, county, city, federal).
- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams.
- Strong communication with clients, peers, and management.
Responsabilidades
- Lead structural design and analysis of water/wastewater facilities.
- Serve as technical lead on multidisciplinary projects and ensure compliance with codes.
- Develop calculations, reports, and construction documents.
- Perform condition assessments and provide practical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and support business development.
- Engage with clients in meetings, proposals, and workshops.
