Job summary

Consor seeks a Senior Structural Engineer focused on water infrastructure to lead analysis, design, and project delivery for treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs, and related facilities in California. You will mentor teams, develop calculations and construction documents, and engage clients while ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.

The role requires a California SE license (or ability to obtain) and 10+ years of relevant experience, with opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Active California SE License or ability to obtain.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis of water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Develop design calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
• Perform condition assessments and evaluate existing facilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide project deliverables.
• Support business development through client engagement and proposals.
• Provide field support including site visits and RFIs.
