Job summary

Consor is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with a strong background in water and wastewater infrastructure to lead design, analysis, and project delivery. You will mentor junior staff, oversee deliverables, and coordinate with clients, regulators, and multidisciplinary teams in California.

Requirements include 10+ years of experience, leadership capability, and an Active CA Structural Engineer license or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience, focused on water infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and client engagement.
• Ability to manage subconsultants and budgets on public-sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis of water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Serve as technical lead on multidisciplinary projects and ensure codes/compliance.
• Develop structural calculations, reports, and construction documents.
