Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead projects related to water and wastewater facilities in Lexington, KY and Nashville, TN. You will manage scopes, budgets, and schedules while delivering high-quality structural analyses and designs.

Ideal candidates have a PE license, 10+ years of experience, and strong skills with Revit, AutoCAD, and major structural analysis tools. In this role, you will mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals and client management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and PE license.
• At least 10 years of experience in structural engineering for water/wastewater projects.
• Strong knowledge of codes and design standards and ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for water/wastewater facilities and related structures.
• Lead or support project teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients and prepare technical documentation.
• Develop drawings and calculations using Revit/AutoCAD and structural software.
• Oversee QC/ITR processes and ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide technical reviews and assist business development and proposals.
