Job summary

Stantec seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to lead, design, and deliver complex water-related structures. You will guide project teams, perform analyses, and develop detailed drawings for dams, treatment plants, and hydraulic facilities. Strong collaboration with clients and subconsultants is essential.

You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to proposals and cost estimates, and ensure adherence to codes and standards while managing project scope and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer License is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for water/wastewater facilities, dams, and hydraulic structures.
• Lead or support engineering teams, coordinate with subconsultants and clients.
• Prepare design documentation, calculations, and construction drawings.
