Job summary

Xylem in Orlando seeks a Senior Sales Representative to manage and grow a well-established territory within the Light Industry division. You will specify and sell tailored water treatment solutions, with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance services and CRM-based forecasting.

You will build lasting client relationships, perform on-site visits, present product demonstrations, and drive year-over-year growth across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, economics, finance, or related field with at least 5 years experience or equivalent work exposure.
• Experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry.
• Proficiency with integrated business management and CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
