Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a strategic Discipline Leader for Water Reuse to guide planning, design, and delivery of water reclamation projects in the Southeast. This role partners with the Water Reuse COP and Practice Leaders to grow technical luminescence and project outcomes.

You will mentor staff, support proposals, attend conferences, and collaborate with engineers, sales teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions while expanding the firm's visibility in the water reuse sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency varies by duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and coordinates with other subject matter experts on the delivery of water reclamation and water reuse projects.
• Performs and coordinates with designated team members for quality checking of documents for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
