Job summary

HDR is looking for a senior integrated water resources planner or engineer to join their Water Resources team. The position requires leadership experience and expertise in integrated planning for water supply and environmental projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in environmental planning, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $195,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Experience dealing with environmental impact issues and permit processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct planning and environmental compliance projects for federal agencies.
• Prepare and analyze compliance documents.
• Ensure completion of required studies, documents, and reports.
• Demonstrate public participation and agency coordination experience.
