Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior integrated water resources planner or engineer to join our Water Resources team. This position requires leadership experience and technical expertise in integrated planning across various domains, including water supply and flood risk management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing projects for federal agencies, preparing compliance documents, and ensuring public participation. Benefits include competitive pay of $100,000 to $195,000 and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Experience dealing with environmental impact issues and associated permit processes.
• Self-starter attitude and commitment to participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct medium-to-large planning and compliance projects.
• Prepare, plan, and analyze compliance documents.
• Direct the work of others to complete required studies and reports.
• Demonstrate extensive public participation and agency coordination experience.
• Perform other duties as needed to support project delivery.
