Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior integrated water resources planner or engineer to join our Water Resources team in Houston, Texas. The role involves planning and directing environmental compliance projects, requiring leadership experience and technical expertise in integrated water resource management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field, and strong communication skills. Competitive compensation ranges from $100,000 to $195,000 and includes various benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Technical and/or field experience with environmental impact issues and documentation preparation.
• Self-starter attitude and commitment to active participation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct medium-to-large planning and environmental compliance projects for federal agencies.
• Prepare, plan, and analyze compliance documents.
• Direct the work of others to complete required studies, documents, and reports.
• Demonstrate extensive public participation, agency coordination, planning, and programming experience.
• Perform other duties as needed to support project delivery.
