Job summary

You will lead risk management, stakeholder communication, and client relations, with a focus on meeting milestones and maintaining high standards. Florida PE license and 10+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida required.
• 10+ years of related engineering experience.
• Experience with local government projects (city/county/state).
• Experience with roadway lighting, signalization, signing, pavement markings, and ITS design.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with disciplines and subconsultants to define project scope and fee.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Lead client communication and progress reporting.
• Mentor project team and lead performance management.
