Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10 years of practical experience including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) projects preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff and large teams and deliver hydraulic design projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages department operating budget and forecast updates.
• Leads and mentors staff; coordinates cross-discipline teams to deliver high-quality work.
• Oversees project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet client satisfaction.
• Serves as water resources design lead or manages multi-disciplinary project teams.
