Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8+ years of engineering and project management experience.
• Experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for successful delivery of assigned engineering projects.
• Develop client relationships and serve as senior contact throughout project delivery.
• Define project scope, budgets, fees, deliverables, and contractual responsibilities.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate internal/external resources.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients.
• Mentor engineers and project staff; promote safety and compliance.
