Job summary

Consor is seeking a Senior Water Resources Leader to drive delivery of complex water resources and transportation projects. You will manage drainage design, H&H analyses, and PS&E packages across planning to construction support, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, pursue new work with DOT and municipal agencies, and lead strategic growth within the water resources practice.

Qualifications

• PE license and civil/environmental engineering background.
• 15+ years of transportation engineering experience and 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams on large-scale roadway/highway projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project scopes, schedules, and fee estimates.
• Oversee complex water resources projects including drainage design and H&H analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, environmental specialists, and subconsultants.
• Serve as primary client contact, fostering relationships and clear communication.
• Drive business development including pursuit strategy and proposals.
