Job summary

Consor is seeking a Water Design Lead - Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure from concept through construction. This role aligns with either our Stormwater Design Team or our Water / Wastewater Design Team, depending on your background.

You will mentor engineers and strengthen client relationships. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing, coordinate with roadways, structural, geotechnical, and utility disciplines, and ensure

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in stormwater, water & wastewater, or water resources engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).
• Proficiency with design tools listed (OpenRoads, Civil 3D, AutoCAD).
• Experience with FEMA floodplain mapping and agency coordination (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal infrastructure projects within Stormwater and drainage, or Water/wastewater conveyance and treatment systems.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing to meet client expectations.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and client engagement.
• Review plans, specifications, and reports for quality and regulatory compliance.
