Consor is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Water Infrastructure for our Henderson, Nevada office. This role leads municipal water/wastewater projects through planning, design, and construction, guiding teams and delivering exceptional client service.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in water/wastewater engineering, a Nevada PE license or reciprocity, and a BS in Engineering. Hybrid work environment with opportunities for growth and leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in water/wastewater engineering
• Nevada PE license or reciprocity upon employment
• BS in Engineering required
• Experience managing municipal water/wastewater projects

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams (Consor staff and subconsultants)
• Manage work programs
• Provide excellent client service and quality management
• Assist with business development and winning the next project (SOQs and proposals)

Education

PE license in Nevada or reciprocity
